About this website
This website is operated by Atlas Blinds Ltd, company number 13866301. It provides general information about our window-treatment measuring, supply and installation services.
Appointments, requests and quotations
A recorded appointment request is not yet a confirmed visit. A calendar booking is confirmed when the website displays a date and time and issues a reference; Atlas may still contact you if access, route or project information needs clarification. Neither a booking nor an enquiry is an order or binding quotation. Product availability, specification, price, lead time and installation requirements are confirmed separately in writing.
Measurements and product appearance
Made-to-measure products depend on accurate final specifications. Colours and textures shown on screens can differ from physical samples, so final selections should be confirmed during the quotation process where appropriate.
Appointments and access
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address and safe, reasonable access to the relevant windows, and for telling Atlas about known hazards, concealed services, unusual fixing surfaces, parking or access restrictions. Route days and appointment availability can change when existing work or calendar commitments are updated.
Installation-only work
Customer-supplied products are reviewed before the scope is accepted. Missing parts, unsuitable dimensions, electrical work, programming, commissioning, making good or replacement components are not automatically included and must be agreed separately.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the wording, Atlas branding and site design belong to Atlas Blinds Ltd. Manufacturer collection names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate, but it is general guidance and may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law. Project-specific responsibilities are set out in the accepted quotation or order terms.
